The position
As a Compliance Leader you are part of the Compliance Solutions Team within the Pharma Compliance Office. You will lead global compliance projects, collaborate with affiliates, regions, global functions and IT teams to foster “Compliance by Design” with the aim of driving efficiency and consistency by automation. You will be owning to the global compliance processes like risk management or monitoring and you will generate insights from the compliance system infrastructure by demonstrating data analysis. The position fosters a learning and growing approach with the enterprise in mind. You will report to the Head of the Compliance Solutions Team.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance by Design: Establish ‘Compliance by Design’ by embedding compliance requirements into the design of digital solutions that support business processes in affiliates and global functions; drive efficiency and consistency with automation

Leadership: Lead compliance initiatives, projects, work packages with the aim to ideate, design, develop and deploy digital solutions in partnership with IT teams if needed

Anticipate & Change Management: Anticipate adoption needs of compliance standards, translate standards into processes and inspire change management to champion process simplification and harmonization; discover the opportunities for automation

Compliance Processes: Own and orchestrate the global risk management or monitoring process, enable subject matter experts of affiliates and global functions to run them, create overview of insights and trends and provide root cause analysis

Compliance Insights: Leverage data analysis including AI technology to gain global insights from compliance and business processes; connect the dots of the compliance system infrastructure

Advice and Training: Consult system users and change advisory boards for productive solutions and create training materials
Who you are:

Compliance Expert: Strong understanding and profound experience in healthcare compliance regulations, risk & opportunity management and monitoring in compliance. Related University Degree or equivalent preferred.

Complexity Manager: Navigate complexity with analytical thinking combined with pragmatism and agile project management skills adopting compliance initiatives in cooperation with local, regional and group stakeholders; you take the responsibility of a product owner

Architect & Catalyzer: You are passionate about bringing people of different cultural background together and collaborating in cross-functional teams, catalyzing the diversity and fostering an open dialogue to work towards the same purpose across organizational boundaries; your communication skills are excellent

System Thinker: Strong in analytical and systematic thinking, adopting business process-thinking end-to-end with the enterprise in mind and curious to learn, experimenting and growing on your journey

Language Proficiency: You are fluent in English both written and spoken
