Position Summary
As the Finance Controller, you will be supporting Intercona Re (Nestlé’s internal Reinsurance Company) in implementing, maintaining, and enhancing the quality of processes and tasks related to financial statements, reporting, risk management, and actuarial functions.

Position Summary
As the Finance Controller, you will be supporting Intercona Re (Nestlé’s internal Reinsurance Company) in implementing, maintaining, and enhancing the quality of processes and tasks related to financial statements, reporting, risk management, and actuarial functions.

A Day in the Life of the Finance Controller
- Review quarterly and annual accounts for accuracy and plausibility, taking necessary actions as the second line of defence against accounts generated by operations
- Prepare the annual budget and update forecasts for Intercona, GRS, and the Global Insurance Program
- Prepare annual and quarterly cash flow projections, analyzing the impact of exchange rates and reviewing payment batches
- Track and update the position of receivables and payables
- Maintain ad hoc analyses on various financial KPIs, providing timely and accurate information on actuals and P&L comparisons
- Track costs and expenses throughout the year, supporting responsible managers in managing individual expense budgets
- Track new business and implement and maintain reporting dashboards for underwriting control
- Support quantitative risk management activities such as risk assessment, ORSA, SST, and reserving
- Provide support in organizing, planning, and minuting various meetings, including management, risk and compliance, etc
- Assist in office management tasks such as organizing the office, dispatching post, and transferring bills for payment
What will make you successful
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting or a recognized Management/Accounting Certification
- Prior experience in financial analysis, demonstrating strong analytical skills
- Previous experience in the insurance or risk management industry is considered a plus
- Curious and flexible personality with a good degree of drive and proactiveness
- Open-minded attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
