Background:
Within Roche Diagnostics EMEA-LATAM, the Network Enabling Organization (NEO) is the vital link between the region’s strategic priorities and individual projects and portfolios. The Digital & Growth Marketing Subchapter is responsible for catalyzing the execution of regional commercial priorities through Digital Marketing & Account-Based activities, developing and driving networks and communities, and accelerating learnings and commercial success.
As a Digital & Growth Marketing Manager, you will be part of a leading, highly motivated, and specialized team at the forefront of innovation, impactful omni-channel campaign management, and Account-Based Experience. Embracing lean start-up principles and a growth mindset, you will pioneer new strategies and tactics. This role is pivotal in scaling successful experiments and embedding them into larger campaigns using Growth Hacking methodologies. Collaboration with global, regional, and local (senior) stakeholders will be instrumental in this role. You will offer support and drive inspiration across various digital marketing activities, working closely with teams across different geographies. Your efforts will align with and actively contribute to the cultivation of sustainable business outcomes. By juggling multiple responsibilities and maintaining a proactive approach, you will help shape the digital landscape of our organization, ensuring that our marketing strategies resonate both regionally and locally. The perfect candidate has over 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record in omni-channel campaigns, experiments, and account-based experience activities. They possess broad knowledge of B2B digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, content management systems, and analytics tools. Demonstrating creativity, solution orientation, and strong analytical skills, they can interpret data to drive marketing strategies. Excellent communication, team collaboration, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Tasks & Responsibilities:
Growth Marketing within the EMEA/LATAM Region
* Designing the best experiment to validate assumptions and selecting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs and metrics along the buying journey) to measure the success & gather learnings from the experiments
* A/B testing those ideas through online experiments, e.g. by adapting marketing automation principles, optimizing landing pages & testing new content formats & channels
* Analyzing and interpreting the data insights and take action based on it
* Utilizing conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles and hacks and being able to apply them to any businesses
* Continuously researching & experimenting with new tools & channels and best practices
* Provide impactful experiments to be up-scaled
Project- & Campaign Management
* Campaign (co-)creation, set-up, implementation, optimisation and impact/effort analysis in collaboration with Affiliates
* Project management of Digital initiatives across the Region
Senior Stakeholder Engagement
* Support, engage and maintain with (senior) stakeholders of affiliates, regions and the global organization
Must Haves:
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. Master’s degree is an advantage
* 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Omnichannel Campaign Management & Experimentation
* Hands-on experience in various digital marketing tools & channels:
Marketo (E-Mail Marketing), Sprinklr (Social Media Management), Adobe Experience Manager (Website, Content Management), Veeva Vault (approval), SEO/SEA (Google, Bing), Google/Adobe Analytics
* Strong organizational and agile project management skills
* Excellent communication skills in English
