Software Designer and Developer
We are, on behalf of one of our customers, looking for a Senior SW Designer and Developer to join their organization. Our client needs to reinforce and accelerate the development of next generation Telematics module and Infotainment Head Unit (Android based) . The work will comprise of all steps in advanced SW development: design, development, verification and optimization of the software.
Team responsibilities
- Telematics Framework.
- Connectivity on Telematics module (TCAM).
- Connectivity on Infotainment Head Unit (Android).
- Part of a scrum team, working agile on backlog items in 2/3 week sprints.
- Collaborating with other developers/teams in other geos.
- Reporting of status and progress in JIRA and bi-daily standup meetings.
- Master degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or similar.
- Strong skills in C/C++ (C++ preferred).
- Well versed in an embedded Linux environment.
- Experience from Android application framework.
- Experience from Android x TS test suites.
- Comfortable working in Linux tool chain (bash, git, Gerrit, Jenkins).
- Experience from Agile SW development.
- Communicative in speech and writing.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience from embedded SW development in the Automotive industry.
- Experience from Android application development in Java and Kotlin.
- Telematics/Connectivity experience.
- Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken).
