You will be working closely with a team of 7-8 software developers with diverse experience and expertise. Processes and Tools
You will be developing in a Linux environment, using a variety of tools depending on your team’s focus. We follow agile methodologies, with specific processes tailored by our customer, and base our work on Scrum or Kanban. Documentation is done in English and shared daily for tracking, learning, and results.
Expectations
In your first 30 days, you will learn about telecom, your team, and the area. By 60 days, you will have delivered a few tasks with team support. After 90 days, you will start taking on more complex tasks, possibly requiring help from outside your team. Success is measured by the team’s deliveries, and you are expected to contribute to team goals, culture, and growth.
Support
Your team will be your first point of contact for support, with skilled leaders and managers available if needed. A mentorship and buddy system is in place to ensure you feel welcome from day one. Learning platforms, internal courses, and experienced colleagues will help you get up to speed.
