Description
In the role of HRSD Module Manager at Boliden, we offer you the chance to be part of an ambitious team and to build relations with the entire IT and HR communities within Boliden. You will help strengthen Service Now as a fundamental platform and act as an advisor and support to our HRIS team, helping them navigate through our Service Now-platform. From incident and change management to planning and budgeting, both technical system support and coordinating contacts with other IT employees and acting as a requestor towards suppliers – your work will be multifaceted.
Full time assignment starting as soon as possible. You will be located at one of our business locations in Sweden, Finland, Norway, or Ireland.
Qualifications
We look forward to working with you, who are ambitious, driven and value good relationships with both customers and suppliers. You have a university education in IT or have acquired equivalent skills through work.
To succeed in this role:
- You have worked administratively for 2 years within the Service Now platform
- Are certified in any area within the platform.
We also value your ability to work independently and coordinate several elements at the same time.
It is beneficial to have experience specifically in Service Now HRSD and in HR Processes.
The position requires great communications skills and that you are fluent in English, both written and verbal, beneficial if you also have language skills in Swedish, Finnish or Norwegian. You need a driver´s license class B.
