Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you’ll oversee the entire project lifecycle, leading a motivated R&D team as well as engaging with key stakeholders. Your responsibilities: • Project Leadership: Accountable for the end-to-end planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of assigned R&D projects. Working in an agile manner tailored to our organization’s size and product. • Team Collaboration: Foster collaboration within and between project teams with resources in different countries, ensuring effective communication and cooperation. • Innovative and inclusive culture: Drive innovation and continuous learning by setting a foundation of a socially safe and inclusive environment where everyone’s voice is heard and valued. • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to align project goals and expectations. • Performance Management: Oversee the development and manage project performance, including cost, schedule, and quality objectives. Identify and manage interdependencies between projects and project level constraints to realize specified benefits. • Ownership and Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and innovation within projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Lead, and continuously improve, the R&D project management process, including templates and continuous proactive involvement of stakeholders.
Qualifications for the role
At least 5 years of experience in R&D project management.
Extensive experience in the gate-stage model, with the ability to interpret and implement it pragmatically in projects.
A sustainable leadership style with proven record of leading others and facilitating collaboration between team members, project teams and stakeholders.
Good communication skills, with transparency in visual, written, and verbal communication with stakeholders and project teams.
Pedagogical approach and a passion for leading and guiding others.
