Within the Digital Identification & Access Management tribe (DI&AM), we oversee centralised identification and authorisation capabilities, delivering solutions across most product areas and customer segments at SEB. In the authorisations area in DI&AM we are embarking on an exciting transformation journey, aiming to become a modern, scalable, and future-proof set of products that enhances SEB’s customer experience with secure, user-friendly, and self-service solutions.
We are now looking for an experienced Product Owner for the authorisations area and this role will be a key part of our center of excellence and contribute to the agile development within the tribe.
About the role:
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and driving a product roadmap and ensuring an updated backlog together with the agile team. You will, among other things, focus on the user lifecycle from an authorisation perspective, working closely with user experience experts[FS1] , architects, IT development teams and other specialists to ensure successful deliveries. Additionally, you will coordinate with data stewards and master data teams to ensure your product data is accurately modelled and readily available for consumption.
This role is central to the bank, involving interaction with stakeholders from nearly all areas, thereby creating the network needed to address complex end-to-end dependencies.
You will work 100% within the tribe context but will be part of the LC&FI CIO function.
To thrive in this role, we believe you:
- Have several years of experience working as a Product Owner, or similar. Experience working with authorisation and/or access management solutions hands-on is an advantage.
- Have a strong personal drive, analytical mindset and attention to detail. Capable of identifying business needs, providing potential solutions, and ensuring value delivery.
- Find it engaging to work with technology and in an agile and cross-functional environment.
- Are comfortable working in an environment of ongoing transformation, dealing with both legacy and new components.
- Can communicate clearly and concisely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and is a natural collaborator.
