‍ About The Role:
As the first product owner in the Asset Control squad, you will play a pivotal role in both shaping the internal central control platform interacting with most other Squads and establishing our team's culture and ways of working. Your work will have a significant impact on Flower and our services.
What You’ll Do:

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning it with the overall business goals and market needs in a product roadmap
Facilitate stakeholders and discover user needs to build the product backlog
Facilitate the agile development process together with the team, finding a balance between flexibility and structure in a fast paced environment
Monitor and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization

Who You Are:

You are a humble and dedicated professional, ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the work required to achieve ambitious goals. You have a strong sense of ownership, are well-structured and are driven by a passion for innovation and sustainability.

Have proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role
Possess a strong understanding of agile development methodologies and have experience working in a fast-changing environment
Exhibit excellent communication and facilitation skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively within the product team as well as across the organization
Have an analytical mindset, using data-driven insights to make informed product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Are passionate about renewable energy and committed to sustainability

Location
Our beautiful office is located in the heart of Södermalm just a short walk from the old town and Slussen subway stations. We value office collaboration but support hybrid work.
