Location: Stockholm (Solna)

Role Summary:
Acre security is seeking a talented Inside Sales Account Manager. As a global leader in access control solutions, we offer competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and the opportunity for growth. This role requires regular interaction with executive levels at many prestigious and recognizable global organizations. You will work closely with the Regional Sales Managers (RSM) selling and supporting acre security’s established dealer base.

What You’ll Do:
In addition to the above, you’ll focus on the following:
  • Sell Acre Security’s access control solutions to businesses and individuals via telephone or Teams.
  • Work with the Regional Sales team to grow the assigned territory and account base, generating and following up on sales leads from various sources (ad inquiries, trade shows, online, etc.).
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to qualify leads, provide quotes, and convert calls into sales.
  • Participate in sales activities, including quoting, order tracking, and general problem-solving to ensure business success.
  • Maintain accurate customer and dealer data in CRM (Salesforce) to support sales efforts.
  • Identify project opportunities, create quotes, and maintain a sales pipeline that meets objectives.
  • Cultivate customer relationships and network with distribution partners to increase market share and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Attend local/regional events and create weekly/monthly reports, including accurate sales forecasts.

What You'll Need to be Successful
  • 5+ years of experience selling technology or IT related solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize and focus to achieve sales targets in a global, top-down organization.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, engaging various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Power Point, Excel, and CRM systems.
  • English at business level (verbal and written) required, plus local language proficiency in the assigned territory.
