For the Swedish market we are now looking for a Sales Representative. You will be a part of our Scandinavian Sales team, with direct reporting line to the Scandinavian Sales Manager. Your district will be Sweden south with location Göteborg, Växjö or Jönköping. Your main responsibility will be to execute CCM´s commercial strategy and deliver sales and margin targets to industry leading standard. You will manage, control and grow business through team sales and stores according to the company’s quantitative and qualitative targets.
This is a permanent position, starting as soon as possible.
Key tasks:
Develop constructive and structured working relationship with key influencers to drive implementation of CCM strategies with assigned customers.
Drive sales and team sales with stores according to strategies.
Manage and service retail, team and organizations on district including negotiate new and existing contracts.
Achieve annual sales & margin budget for each account in the region
Establish and monitor key account plans and update quarterly
Adhere to yearly KPI’s as set out by sales management
Grow market share with different sales programs (bookings and repeats)
Execute all the sales programs and promotions directed by sales management.
Implement go to market activities
Take pre orders at stores within region for all categories
Drive sell through at stores
In this role you are expected provide constructive feedback from the market (trends and competitors) and brief Product & Marketing organizations of future needs and opportunities.
Your background, the ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s Degree or post-secondary education in relevant field combine to a minimum of three to five years of sales experience (preferred in the sporting goods industry)
Strong ERP knowledge (Epicor is a plus).
Strong skills with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
Inventory management experience is a plus.
B2B experience
Your interpersonal skills, the successful candidate has:
Excellent presentation, analytical, business/financial planning and management skills
Good organizational ability and ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent negotiation skills
Knowledge of hockey and sporting goods industry are strong assets.
The ability to travel frequently within the district.
