We are looking for a new group manager with a passion to lead both technology and people. To develop technology for sustainable and pioneering electronic and software products and services for future transport solutions. Our overall mission is to provide the driver with safe and premium user experience through easy controls. Acting with a clear sense of ownership for the platform components and gaining insight into our future needs. You and your group will work cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives, both when it comes to technology strategies and delivering solutions that meet our customer expectations and needs.

About the role:
You will be part of the global DUXI management team, playing a key role and contributing to setting vision and strategy for DUXI and together we as a team deliver our products and working continuously improve us and others. You will lead and nurture a group responsible for developing the platform layer for ECUs (between application and drivers) and a framework for ECU verification. Our ECUs main purpose is to deliver a holistic HMI (driving displays and input devices). You will be expected to form a group with a diverse mix of styles, perspectives, and experience. Establishing common objectives and a shared mindset. Empowering others and fostering an open dialogue and collaboration among the team. Lead the group’s work on the agile journey and continuously work with improvements.

Who are you?
You have a Bachelor's or Master´s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent. We believe you have a strong background in software engineering development and a deep knowledge of team leadership. Key competence of the team is Autosar integration, embedded C/C+, Linux(yocto) and automated verification. Experience from leading software team in agile development is a merit.

You understand that being accountable and successful means driving activities inside as well as outside your own organization. In addition to this, you can learn quickly when faced with new issues.
