About the role
On our exciting adventure to develop the future at Volvo Group, we are now looking for you – our new Group Manager for the HIL and Data Analysis with the Vehicle Motion Management (VMM) stream. As a group manager in this position, you will be a leader in an organization dedicated to technology, people, and performance, where customer satisfaction is our ultimate performance measurement.
Within VMM we develop inhouse embedded SW for motion control towards several brands within the Volvo Group. We are also responsible for the electrical brake system. As you can imagine the quality and reliability of these systems is of extreme importance. HIL verification is a very important tool for us to secure this. The group HIL and Data Analysis – is also responsible for securing that we have data accessible and often analyzed to design our services and our future products.

Can you play an important role in guiding and coaching an excellent team to deliver high-quality vehicle motion functions to our customers? Then, join the Vehicle Motion Management Sub Stream within the Vehicle Motion and Thermal Management department.

Requirements:
Requirements:
- Masters in Electronics Engineering/Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Several years of electronic system development
- Good knowledge about Embedded SW development or verification for vehicles
- Experience and understanding of agile development
- Several years of leadership experience
- Previous experience from the development of electrical systems, preferably from the automotive industry
