Your role and responsibilities
Are you ready to partake in the delivery of cutting-edge software solutions at ABB Process Automation? We are looking for a dynamic Digital Delivery Program Manager to join our Process Control Platform (PCP) team and help drive our mission to deliver secure, reliable, and high-quality products to our customers within our division Energy Industries. As part of ABB Process Automation business area, the ABB Process Control Platform (PCP) organization is the value generating partner, creating digital control solutions for industries. We are managing the entire extended value chain from suppliers to the delivery, creating competitive advantage through improved customer satisfaction with optimized responsiveness, lead time, quality, cost and on-time delivery. In this role you will lead the delivery of high-quality software solutions being developed and distributed within Process Automation. Some of your responsibilities in this role include: • Lead the productization of digital products developed and distributed within PA, ensuring the highest standards of reliability, quality and export control. • Engage with stakeholders, including the Software delivery team at the warehouse at Finnslätten, in Västerås, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. • Establish and refine processes for efficient and streamlined product delivery or products developed outside of PCP’s own R&D organization. • Report directly to the PCP P&F SE Center Manager and lead Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, driving value creation and process optimization.
Qualifications for the role
A university degree in engineering.
Several years of experience in a similar role, with a track record of successful project management.
Familiarity with material creation in SAP is a strong advantage.
Expertise in CI methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma.
Strong project management skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various parts of the organization.
A proactive and responsible attitude, with a passion for driving improvement and taking ownership of tasks.
Fluent in English and a drive to learn Swedish.
