We are looking for a Voyage Coordinator who work closely with the chartering team. You will be responsible for managing Contracts of Affreightment (COA) and providing post-fixture support to our clients for spot fixtures.

What you will be doing
As our Voyage Coordinator, you will focus on providing detailed (data) support to the Voyage Optimisation and Sales & Marketing Department in line with established Stolt standards, guidelines and procedures. You will also be responsible for performing efficient processing of invoicing and rebilling of charterer’s expenses in line with governing Charter Party terms. Ensuring collection of all receivables within targeted time frame.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain COA files and is responsible for same being kept up to date.
Enters COA nominations and any later changes to the COA nomination in IMOS. Is responsible for the accuracy of the data.
Responsible for maintaining all relevant COA KPI’s as directed by Trading Manager.
Handles the day to day liaison with spot and COA customers, including:
Nominating ships under COA’s and spot fixtures as directed by the Trading Manager.
taking COA nominations.
providing last cargoes.
providing ETA’s and PTA’s.
handle all customer service requests.
Maintain voyage itinerary and P/L for assigned ships and provide comments on voyage progress in the notes section.
Responsible for ensuring extra charges are entered in IMOS and same is being re-billed as required.
Responsible for the accurate entry of spot fixtures in IMOS and any later changes to the spot fixture.
Responsible for the accurate entry of barging and transshipments in IMOS and maintenance of the fixtures.
Assists voyage optimization as otherwise directed.
Prepares and signs vessel certificates in accordance with legal directive.
Provide weekly forecast report.
Responsible for accurate database administration.
Ad hoc projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education.
1-2 years’ experience in a similar analytical role or demurrage.
Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as strong communication skills and a problem-solving approach.
Excellent computer skills, good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
Knowledge and experience with IMOS is an advantage.
Able to converse and write in Korean with both internal and external stakeholders.
