Description
SAIC is hiring a Property Administration Support Specialist to join our team at Camp Humphreys (Pyeongtaek), Republic of Korea to organizations and users serviced by the United States Army Command Information Systems Activity - Pacific (USACISA-P).
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ROLES:

Manages the operational aspects of property management for all ongoing projects and serves as liaison between the team and the government customer's property management lead.
Reviews status of property, manages and schedules inventories and prepares status reports.
Assesses issues related to government property and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
Develops mechanisms for monitoring the location and security for the property at multiple sites and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and government customers.

Qualifications
Required Education:

Bachelors and two years of experience; four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree
Three (3) years’ experience tracking inventory - GFE/GFP, or project management.

Security Clearance Requirement:

Must have an active/current Interim or Final US-SECRET SSBI security clearance.
U.S. citizenship required.
