We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist with experience in both PC and Mac setups to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and managing hardware and software systems for end users. The role requires strong communication skills in both English and Korean, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced IT environment. Key Responsibilities:
Set up and configure PC and Mac hardware and software.
Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software issues.
Maintain and update the hardware inventory.
Provide user support and training on IT-related matters.
Perform other IT-related tasks as directed by the End User Service supervisor(s).
Generate and send reports to the headquarters in English.
Technological Skills:
Proficiency with MS Windows 10 & 11, mac OS operating systems, Microsoft 365 Suite, and VPN technologies.
Basic knowledge of local area networks (LAN), wireless networks, and wide area networks (WAN).
Requirements:
Fluency in both English and Korean (spoken and written).
Ability to communicate effectively and submit reports in English to headquarters.
