At Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., we have a unique opportunity for a logistics professional to join our world-class team in Korea. As a member of the logistics team, you will play a key role in leading and coordinating all tendering operations, ensuring flawless execution and inventory management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform inbound and outbound product inspection and warehouse management system (E1, Traxs) tasks using TSS
- Collaborate with TS order team to perform tasks.
- Coordinate receipt and shipment dates.
- Process picking and packing of customer orders according to delivery requests.
- Apply optimal work practices to ensure accuracy and efficiency of delivery operations.
- Support and process inventory count cycle activities to stabilize inventory.
- Identify inventory discrepancies and implement actions to improve inventory accuracy.
- Improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and optimize logistics processes through JDI and Gemba activities.
- Introduce and apply new methods and tools to improve productivity.
- Maintain order, cleanliness and safety in the work environment through 5S activities.
- Identify and resolve hazards (HZ) to ensure a safe work environment.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degre or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 year of experience in logistics and inventory management.
- Experience with OA systems is needed.
- Strong leadership and collaboration abilities.
