Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design, Costing, and Pricing:

Lead the development of sustainable solutions by understanding and anticipating customer needs.
Develop detailed solution designs including service scope, operating models, resource models, cost estimates, recommended selling prices, client value estimations, and draft P&L statements for Maersk.
Determine warehouse size based on throughput and product data provided in customer RFQs.
Design warehouse process flows for key activities such as receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch to optimize productivity.
Establish activity productivity targets to support resource and activity-based costing models.
Create warehouse throughput simulation models using industry-leading software to visualize operations, throughputs, and alternatives.
Develop warehouse layouts and engineering designs using Auto CAD software.
Capture essential data and assumptions required for designing, costing, and pricing customer solutions, including insights for future upselling opportunities.
Maintain close collaboration with LEAN and Business Process Engineering experts to ensure LEAN methodologies are applied to new commercial opportunities.

Global CL Solution Design Community Engagement:

Actively participate in the Global CL Solution Design Community by sharing knowledge and best practices to support both short- and long-term success.
Provide constructive feedback and foster a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement.
Support the development of automation proof-of-concepts.
Guide regional solution design teams on new business opportunities, including RFP responses, strategic cross-country projects, CAPEX planning, presentation materials, technical documentation, and support.
Drive knowledge sharing and capability-building L&D activities for solution design across the organization, collaborating with People functions to build a relevant in-house talent pool.

We are looking for:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in designing Contract Logistics solutions or 3PL warehouse solutions.
Knowledge: Proven experience and knowledge in warehouse layout, labor modeling, process design, and automation.
Skills: Proficiency in CAD, Visio, and MS Office. Familiarity with Sketch Up or 3D modeling tools is a plus.
Simulation Tools: Experience with simulation tools such as Flex Sim, Any Logic, or Arena is advantageous.
Language Requirements: Native Korean speaker with a business-level proficiency in English.
