This individual will be required to provide customers with an excellent online shopping experience by enriching product information and images for e Commerce platforms.
Description
- Enrich and prepare products for publication on the e Commerce platform
- Ensure that images are transformed and optimised for use on the e Commerce platform
- Deal with customers in a customer centric manner
- Effective self-management and teamwork
- Grade 12
- 1 – 2 years relevant Magento experience
- Relevant Retail exposure
- Knowledge and application of e Commerce and Product Information Management (PIM) platform best practice
- Relevant experience in the Retail environment
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Business Acumen
