Warehouse Team Leader
Purpose of the Job:
To manage forklift drivers and warehouse packers to efficiently load and pick stock correctly. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and that loads are verified daily. Ensure that stock is stored safely and balances daily.

Education, experience and competencies required:
- Grade 12 / Matric / Equivalent.
- National Diploma in Logistics and/or Supply Chain is advantageous.
- Code 08 driver’s license.
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years relevant working experience within a Warehousing/Logistics/Distribution FMCG environment is essenatial.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Power Point, and Word, intermediate to advanced).
- Basic NAV experience.
- Good communication and numerical skills.
- Experienced in dealing with customers.
- Disciplined and time conscious.
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Ensure correct loading as per load plan and order.
- Supervise outgoing and incoming shipment.
- Perform administrative duties.
- People management, including performance management and fostering a positive working environment.
- Manage the entire Warehousing and Distribution function pertaining to finished goods.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and risk-free environment.
- Maintain good housekeeping principles by ensuring that stock is packed and stored in line with FSSC standards.
