Warehouse Manager
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
· Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
· Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile variances.
· Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to manage stock levels and ensure availability of products.
RECEIVING AND DESPACTHING
· Oversee receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming shipments.
· Coordinate outbound shipments, including order picking, packing, and shipping.
STAFF MANAGEMENT
· Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse personnel.
· Assign duties and monitor performance to ensure productivity targets are met.
· Provide coaching and feedback to develop staff members.
· Ensure HR policies are implemented consistently and fairly.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
COMPLIANCE
· Communicates safety rules and regulations, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.
· Develop and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse staff.
· Conduct regular safety training sessions and inspections.
· Investigate and address any safety incidents or concerns. Escalate where necessary.
HOUSEKEEPING
· Ensures that housekeeping policies and procedures are implemented and monitored consistently.
PROCESS OPTIMIZATION
· Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
· Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline operations and improve accuracy.

AD HOC DUTIES
· The completion of Ah hoc duties from time to time.
