JOB OBJECTIVE: To develop a Trade marketing plan for the region in line with the sales channels and with the company Brand plans. To promote the products in store by right placement in category, out of category or extra displays and to work with top retailers and our sales agents to make plans according to category roles in their stores with the ultimate goal of achieving the sales budget. TASK DESCRIPTION Sales · Track auto replenishment orders · Analyse site cover reports · Product ranging · Review and update of price files when required · Ensure products on shelf match consumer profile · Arrange displays for Top seasonal products/promotions · Cross merchandising · Implementation of planograms · Negotiate additional space for promotions and launches · Manage merchandising team · Training of merchandising teams · Assist with new store openings · Regular meetings with key customers · New product listings Marketing · Monitor sales & merchandising team about promotional activities · Coordinate ATL advertising in stores · Audit utilisation of POS material in stores · Inspection and assessment of the display for range, seasonality, position, stock levels, etc. · Feedback to Marketing Manager on in-store promotion staff and sales MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS · Matric is essential · A tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration will be an added advantage · 5 years' Sales and Marketing experience in retail environment · A valid drivers license and having own vehicle is essential · Strong computer skills (MS Office) · Good negotiation skills · Good customer relationships · The role includes extensive travelling · Must be solution oriented · Agile and adaptable · Collaborative nature · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written · An eagerness to share, learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, environment Good time management skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Application Question(s):
