Lead & manage a team of Scheduling Coordinators for UK-Based Photographers & oversee daily operations to ensure all client orders are processed promptly, manage appointment bookings, monitor performance, & provide training. Ensure smooth comms between photographers, Area Managers, clients & scheduling team.
Supervise a team in a phone-based customer service or appointment booking environ
Handle or oversee high volumes out-bound calls for appointment bookings
Exceptionally organised to manage complex & busy schedules
Train, support & ensure the team consistently delivers excellent service & adheres to SLA’s
Quickly resolve schedule conflicts or customer issues & drive an optimised scheduling process
Other: Role requires ability to work UK hours / days, and requires onsite training in the UK for up to one month, so candidates must be willing to travel and hold a valid passport.
