Job Overview

CRM Data Administrator (MS Dynamics) required in Cape Town.

CRM Data Administrator – If you’re a master in organising data & databases, MS Dynamics365, creating & managing detailed, accurate and user-friendly data to support smooth processes, I’d love to hear from you.

You need:

• Expertise in researching & profiling prospective clients
• Data entry & management of large data sets – bulk imports of clients, accounts, contacts & leads
• CRM software MS Dynamics 365 essential
• Property Admin & Client services (UK exposure preferred)

To do:

• Research & profile prospective clients in UK Real Estate arena
• Populate data into CRM, ie clients, accounts, contacts, & leads
• Manage large data sets & database of clients, update info & key contacts
• Liaise with Regional Directors & CEE’s on performance
• Liaise with Marketing Manager on marketing campaigns
• Go-To Expert of the CRM Dynamics 365 system, incl assessing & investigating reported defects
• Keep up-to-date with software & provide feedback & input for development
• Create CRM reports for client engagement & campaign performance
• Take initiative, drive change and manage tasks with minimal guidance

• Woodstock Cape Town – possibly hybrid after probation
• Valid passport if successful to attend on-site training in the UK
• Prepared to work UK hours / days
