Duties
Resolving and responding to customers complaints in a professional manner on various social platforms (via phone, e-mail and social media) within the required time limits - follow up to ensure resolution
Resolve service problems by assessing and identifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution
Activating customer accounts
Assisting branch managers and customers telephonically with queries/complaints
Maintain customer adjustments for deposits and withdrawals
Compiling basic admin reports by collecting and analysing customer information
Recommend potential products or services to management based on the above reports
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Go the extra mile to engage customers
Inform customers of deals and promotions
Work with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
Required
Social media experience
Knowledge of Playa’s policies and procedures
PC experience (Outlook and Excel)
Able to remain calm in busy and occasionally difficult situations
Able to multi-task to ensure all duties are completed by shift end
Clear and concise communication skills
Able to give world-class customer care service to all clients
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
