Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner

Answer phones and schedule appointments

Provide clients with information about services and products offered

Process payments and maintain accurate records

Keep the reception area clean and organised

Communicate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills

Spa/Hospitality Diploma/ Relevant

Experience in the position of Spa Receptionist/Spa Therapist

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to multitask and prioritised tasks effectively
-
Detail-oriented and organised
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and booking software & Opera
