We are looking for a friendly and professional Spa Receptionist to join our team and ensure every guest enjoys a warm and seamless experience from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome spa guests, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Manage spa appointments, bookings, and cancellations efficiently using our reservation system.
- Handle guest inquiries about treatments, services, and facilities, offering knowledgeable recommendations.
- Process payments and manage cash and card transactions accurately.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area, ensuring a relaxing atmosphere for all guests.
- Assist with retail sales of spa products, providing guests with advice and information.
- Coordinate with spa therapists to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a spa or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A welcoming and professional demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in using booking or reservation software.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and order.
