Provide a professional and efficient interface between the FSSC and its Customers, and to provide
first line of support for all services provided by FSSC.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, computer information systems, or a
related field.
At least 4 years’ experience in a services desk unit.
Some experience in a volume driven processing centre environment will be an advantage
Must have working knowledge of service desk operations to fulfil the respective roles or assist as and
when required
Primary Duties

Allocates all logged service requests to the correct support group/person.
