Key Output
- The person must have a clean understanding how to disassemble, assemble track links, remove, and install track shoes.
- Maintain professional image when representing BWE
- Ensure safe work practice and control Contamination
- Control own admin (labour booking, service reports, part returns, expenses etc.)
- Follow through to ensure that quality and productivity standards of own work are consistently and accurately maintained
- Grade 12
- Drivers licence – Code B
- Must have knowledge of track links disassembly and assembly.
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills;
- Some Computer Literacy (SIS, STW & ET) knowledge;
- Trouble shooting and problem solving skills;
- Understanding of supplier warranty systems, policies & procedures;
- Track link disassembly and assembly experience of minimum 2 years.
