Condition Monitoring Bureau Manager Global Grade 12
Position Outputs
- Increase Adoption of Condition Monitoring:
- o Develop and implement strategies to increase condition monitoring usage both internally and with customers.
- o Drive engagement through training, workshops, and communication of benefits to stakeholders.
- Lead Generation for Aftermarket Business:
- o Leverage condition monitoring insights to identify opportunities for repair, maintenance, and part replacement.
- o Collaborate with the sales team to convert condition monitoring data into actionable leads for the aftermarket department.
- Superior Condition Monitoring Service:
- o Establish and maintain high-quality standards for data accuracy, analysis, and reporting.
- o Ensure that services are delivered with speed and precision, positioning Barloworld Equipment as a leader in the industry.
- Develop and Execute a Go-to-Market Strategy:
- o Design a market-facing strategy to promote condition monitoring services.
- o Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling campaigns that highlight the value proposition of Barloworld’s offering.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- o Build strong relationships with key customers, emphasizing the value of condition monitoring for reducing operational costs and downtime.
- o Act as a subject matter expert to consult customers on best practices and optimal use of monitoring services.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- o Utilize condition monitoring data to drive strategic decisions both within the business and for customer fleet management.
- o Ensure the regular analysis of trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve equipment uptime and reliability.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- o Champion the ongoing improvement of condition monitoring tools, processes, and technologies.
- o Work with product development teams to introduce innovative solutions that keep Barloworld at the forefront of the industry.
- Reporting and KPIs:
- o Provide regular performance reports on condition monitoring adaptation, lead generation and service quality
- Establish clear KPIs to track the effectiveness of the condition monitoring program and its impact on the revenue generation
- B.Com or Engineering or
- B.Tech ( Mechanical or Electrical)
- Analytical skill
- Computer Literacy
- Communication skills
- 5 -7 years’ experience in similar role
