Sales Supervisor - Car Sales/ Rental
Duties
oversee the daily operations of the showroom floor team, ensure compliance with SOPs, manage sales and purchase transactions, and drive marketing
initiatives to enhance brand awareness and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Floor Management:
- SOP Compliance:)customer service, vehicle inspections, and transactions.
- Sales and purchase transactions
- Liaise with third-party service providers for smooth transaction flow, including reconditioning suppliers, tracker installations, and vehicle transportation.
- Marketing and Promotions:
- Develop and execute in-store marketing campaigns, promotions
- Stock Control - Assist in managing vehicle stock, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the valuation and pricing process.
- Customer Relations:
- Reporting:
- Matric
- Min 4 years experience in a car dealership sales environment or similar role
- Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Ensure documentation and transactions comply with company and industry standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Digital Tools Proficiency:
- Skilled in CRM systems and capable of learning stock management software.
- Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales strategies and a focus on customer service to drive results.

- Ability to create an engaging showroom environment that aligns with the brand strategy.
