SAIPA Accounting Clerk
Reputable & well-established accounting firm, situated in Morningside, Durban seeks trainees that have already completed 1-2 years of their SAIPA articles and are looking to transfer training offices or anyone looking to start their SAIPA article traineeship with us.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Candidate will receive excellent training and experience to complete their SAIPA articles to become a Professional Accountant.
Experience & Qualification:
Salary: R8,500.00 - R12,000.00 per month depending on experience

Duties & Responsibilities:
Candidate will receive excellent training and experience to complete their SAIPA articles to become a Professional Accountant.
Experience & Qualification:
- Degree at a recognized university
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport will be advantageous, but not essential
- Experience with Caseware, Pastel, Sage Online, Quick Books Online, Greatsoft, Xero
- Good communication skills
- Confident with strong interpersonal skills
- Professional attitude
- Diligent, responsible & hardworking
- Monthly bookkeeping & accounting to financial statements income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement as well as detailed notes of the same.
- Monthly management accounts
- Bank reconciliations, journal posting and intercompany accounts.
- Preparation of financial statements;
- VAT preparation and submission to SARS
- Adhere to quality standards and contribute towards a positive and ethical work climate
Salary: R8,500.00 - R12,000.00 per month depending on experience
