Job Summary: This role involves designing, developing, and managing e-learning courses and content, providing LMS and content troubleshooting, and supporting external tools such as Integrity Advocate. You will be responsible for the review and quality control of externally developed content, managing stakeholders for content and software applications, and ensuring effective course delivery through platforms like Moodle and Talent LMS.
Core Responsibilities:
Design and develop E-learning Courses.
Update existing e-learning courses.
Trouble shoot for (LMS administration).
Resolve the errors on Content (Rise & Storyline).
Make changes to E-learning content
LMS second level support
Configure Integrity Advocate - set up, load and resolve issues of courses
Second level support to Integrity Advocate
External developed courses - reviewer of e-learning content - manner how is this designed, is best practice
Managing of stakeholders (SME) if we need content development
Managing of stakeholders’ software applications (invoices & licensing)
Moodle -management & building of courses
Moodle -Second line support
Evaluate and research new tools, platforms, or technologies that enhance the delivery and accessibility of health and safety training content.
Design and implement effective project plans
Monitor discussion forums - to ensure all discussions are attended to
Minimum of 5 years in the digital learning sector.
Proven track record in e-learning design, project management, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on health and safety training content.
Certification in e-learning development tools or project management methodologies.
Instructional Design qualification would be beneficial.
Experience with articulate 360 - Essential
Experience with instructural design

Ability to create animations using vyond - Beneficial
