Are you a dedicated safety professional with a passion for ensuring a safe working environment? We are seeking a Fibre-Wound Safety Officer to join our team! Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments in Fibre-Wound operations - Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures in compliance with industry standards. - Provide training and guidance to staff regarding safety practices and emergency procedures. - Investigate incidents and accidents, compile reports, and recommend measures for improvement. - Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety within the organization. Qualifications and experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a safety officer role, preferably in the Construction or Mining sector with Fibre-Wound processes. - SAMTRAC registration. - Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards relevant to Fibre-Wound operations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in safety management software and tools.
