Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Health and Safety Manager (CHSM) to join our dynamic team in the Free State. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and associated Regulations.
Investigate and report on all incidents and accidents, recommending corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Compile safety documentation including safety specification.
Attend site meetings.
Requirements:
Registered as a Construction Health and Safety Manager (CHSM) with SACPCMP.
At least 5 years of experience in construction health and safety management.
In-depth knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and other relevant South African safety legislation.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various sites within the Free State.
