This position requires a person with the below Resort Management experience – Please don’t apply if you don’t have the necessary requirements
You would need to be passionate about the Hospitality / Resort Industry as well as staying in the Bushveld – Post includes accommodation

· A minimum of 6 years experience within management of a Resort
· Previous Staff management experience – Vital
· This person is required to speak both English, Afrikaans as well as African languages
· Grade 12 and relevant certificate
· Person ideally single and should be passionate about living in a Bushveld
· Knowledge of calculations and Reservation Systems
· Driver’s license
· Ability to manage time well and be well organised
· Be tactful in dealing with guest and staff-related matters.
· Have the initiative to solve problems and perform under pressure
· Must be a team player, but also be able to work on your own.

· Overseeing the overall Management of the Resort property
· General running and Management of a Resort
· Manage income and expenses according to budget
· Managing and implementation of the service and operating standards
· Liaise with clients & suppliers
· Participate in events, exhibitions, and marketing of the property
· Executing monthly statistics and reports
· Filing and other related administrative work
· Implementation and Management of the Company’s Financial and HR Policies, Company Health and Safety regulations
· Good organizer / Strategic planner / Strong work ethics / Self motivated
· Flexible / Confident and outgoing / Customer orientated / Well organized
- R 20 000.00 to R 25 000.00 - (Depending on experience)
