- Sourcing of products.
- Negotiating with suppliers.
- Liaising with various resorts and the departments regarding stock levels and what is needed.
- Reports
Relevant tertiary qualifications.
Skills
- Procurement expertise & experience (minimum of 3 years) within the hospitality industry is essential.
- Cross border experience an advantage.
- Analytical skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Financial experience.
- Supplier management.
- Ethical standards.
- Contract management.
- Strategic sourcing.
- Procurement process improvement.
- Risk management.
- Compliance ethics.
- Inventory & Logistics management.

- Be deadline orientated & have ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent decision-making skills.
- Un-endorsed Code 08 driver’s license - minimal travel required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
