As an ongoing recruitment effort, Trafalgar Birdhaven is in search of a dynamic candidate with a passion for the property industry to join our team as a Residential Letting Administrator.
Job Description:
- Load new mandates & supporting documentation
- Advertising of units on social media
- Management of emails
- Administrative support to Portfolio Manager
- Process owner payments and reconciliation of accounts
- Prepare monthly owner packs (Collate rent rolls, invoices, statements, etc.)
- Increase letters – send out letters to owners & tenants
- Capturing of rent increases & raising journals
- Assist with letting queries
- Documenting leases, mandates & other correspondence
- Unit Property Fees – checking unit & property fee descriptions, photographs, unit description and directions.
- Matric
- Own vehicle and drivers licence
- Atleast 3 years experience in Letting Administration
- Understanding of residential Letting Act & CPA
- Basic understanding of the legal procedures regarding the collection of levies
