KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role is essential in ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process, addressing guest inquiries, and contributing to an overall exceptional guest experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests promptly and accurately
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Maintain accurate guest records and manage reservations using hotel management software
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role within a 5-star hotel environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and calmness
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- High level of integrity and reliability
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
