The Role

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager within the IT/ Tech space to join our client. This will be for an initial 6-month engagement based in Pietermaritzburg. You’ll be leading innovative projects, drive results, and make an impact in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Experience

What you’ll do:

• Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, set objectives, and communicate progress.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes proactively to maintain alignment with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate effective communication between all project teams and stakeholders.

Your expertise:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the IT/ Tech space, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Someone comfortable working within an Agile and Waterfall environment (or at least have experience with the one methodology and knowledge on the other).
• Experience working on SAP projects will be extremely beneficial (specifically SAP S/4HANA).
• Consulting or Advisory Experience will add great value to the role.
• Clients will include both public and private sector.
