We are looking for an organised and experienced project administrator to support the project management team. Successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating project activities and ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders. Key responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to project manager and team members
coordinate project meetings, schedules and resources
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation
facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients
develop and implement project management tools and processes
identify and mitigate project risks and issues
ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
