Requirements

• BTech/Degree in Built Environment.
• Physically fit and able bodied.
• Four to Five years’ experience.
• Experience in contract or project management will be

advantageous.

• A valid driver’s licence code B.

Key Performance Areas

• Manage the implementation and maintenance of contract and

contractors for Facilities within the Water and Sanitation

Department.

• Keeping up-to-date records with regards to the contract for

Contract Manager.

• Administer contract processes and activities.
• Provide Information for Audit purposes.
• Update actual progress to project schedules as required by the

Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager.

• Soundly administer all documentation that monitor, evaluate and

report the actual performance of the projects against the

planned project scope, cost, time and quality performance

baselines.

• Ensure that the client’s requirements are met within the

constraints of the relevant institutional policies, standards and

arrangements.
