Production Assistant
Responsibilities:
· Assist in creating and maintaining production schedules.
· Track the progress of various production activities to ensure they are on schedule.
· Reschedule activities as needed to accommodate any delays or changes.
· Act as a liaison between different manufacturing departments.
· Communicate daily updates, changes, and requirements to relevant team members.
· Ensure that all team members are aware of their tasks and deadlines.
· Create and maintain production documentation, including spec sheets and production reports.
· Communicate on email; Microsoft outlook
· Capture information on Microsoft Excel
· Prepare and distribute production-related paperwork as above
· Distribute / Issue kimbles, box labels and product labels
· Address any issues or obstacles that arise during the production process.
· Find quick and effective solutions to keep the production on track.
