Procurement and Cloud Services Coordinator

Position Title: Procurement and Cloud Services Coordinator
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Excellence:

  • Successfully manage procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective ordering of equipment and services.
  • Regularly update and maintain contracts for projects and hardware with 100% accuracy.
  • Work closely with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues in procurement that could impact orders or client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate Caring by ensuring all stakeholders are informed and supported throughout the procurement process.
Cloud Service Profitability Management:
  • Own the profitability and margin tracking for cloud service resales, ensuring that all services meet or exceed targeted margins.
  • Track and analyze profitability data, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting related to cloud services.
  • Show Accountability by taking ownership of cloud service profitability and working diligently to meet financial targets.
Invoicing and Sales Support:
  • Prepare and send accurate invoices to clients, ensuring all billing is completed without errors, prepare and send proposals, schedule client meetings, manage/update/maintain CRM.
  • Support the sales team by generating quotes, scheduling meetings, updating client information, following up on invoices, and coordinating with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) to ensure seamless sales operations.
  • Assist in sales administration tasks, ensuring that all client interactions are recorded and handled efficiently.
  • Exhibit Responsiveness by addressing client and team inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
Process Improvement:
  • Continuously review and improve procurement and invoicing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Implement best practices and new tools to streamline operations and support the company’s growth.
  • Practice Empathy by understanding the challenges faced by team members and clients and working to create solutions that benefit all parties.
About You:
Proven Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience as a QA Expert or in a similar role within an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. You have a track record of overseeing the quality of support provided.
Attention to Detail:
  • Ability to meticulously review calls, notes, and tickets, catching even the smallest discrepancies or missed opportunities.
Communication Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide clear feedback and ensure effective client interactions.
  • Ability to understand and anticipate client needs, ensuring their experiences are positive and their issues resolved efficiently.
Proactivity:
  • Takes initiative to identify and resolve issues before they escalate, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
  • Proven track record solving problems with the ability to analyze trends and suggest improvements.

  • Works well with the Service Desk and Professional Services teams, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
