Post & Ns Clearance Administrator (12 month fixed-term contract)
The above vacancy exists within the Post Department and reports to the Supervisor: Post Distributions. The purpose of the job is to ensure all undocumented musical works and audio visuals are documented for Post Royalty Distributions as well as the clearance of NS. In addition, ensuring SAMRO’s reputation remains intact through good customer relations with both our internal and external stakeholders.

Theideal candidate will be someone who has completed Grade 12 and has a minimum of1 years’ experience within a similar environment.
Key Performance areas:
Undoc and NS clearance research.
Stakeholder communication.
Processing of notifications received andmatching/linking to works.
Processing of cue sheets received.
Documenting works, products and rightsholders.
Minimum requirements:
Matric.
1 years’ experience in a similar enviorment
Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
Proven track record of displayingmeticulous attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communicationskills.
A detailed understanding of SAMRO’sdistribution rules.
A detailed functional understanding ofthe system employed.
Organisational and industry knowledge.
Knowledge of SAMRO’s policies andprocedures.
Knowledge of planning techniques.
Knowledge of customer service standardsand procedures.
