Description

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Provide support on institutional data analysis.
  • Contribute to the development of new Business Intelligence (BI) project, including the development of Dashboard.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day ad hoc activities within IIS.
  • Assist in Analytics and Data validation.
  • Responsible for data interpretation and presentation.
  • Conduct Desktop research.
Inherent Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or an advanced diploma/BTech degree/ postgraduate certificate on NQF Level 7 in the field of Information Technology or related field.
  • A minimum of two (2) years’ relevant working experience relating to the duties and responsibilities.
Recommendations:
  • Two (2) years’ relevant experience in Support Institutional information systems in the following areas but not limited to, Data analysis, statistics and visualization and Support Business intelligence (BI) project.
  • Honours degree on NQF Level 8 in the field of Information System and analytics or related field.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and management.

Salary:
The annual remuneration package, including benefits is R 421,476.38 - R 530,190.63 per annum, depending on the budget available for the position, relevant work experience and qualifications.
