Oversee the pass area to ensure the timely and accurate presentation of dishes.
Coordinate communication between the kitchen and front-of-house staff.
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, plating, and presentation.
Manage ticket times and prioritize orders for efficient service.
Ensure smooth and efficient service flow, especially during peak hours.
Assist in quality control, ensuring that every dish meets the restaurant’s high standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pass area.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a pass manager, kitchen manager, or similar role in a high-end restaurant.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Keen eye for detail and passion for food presentation.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
