We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Client a CEO. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments.
Handle all correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Organize and prepare documents for meetings and presentations.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Manage office supplies and ensure the office runs smoothly.
Perform other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
