Financial Duties: Assist with invoice preparation, processing, manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting. Office Maintenance: Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques. Event Coordination: Coordinate events, meetings, and team buildings. Policy Implementation: Assist in the enforcement of office policies and practices. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles. Knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
